ONE DAYTONA is a new lifestyle and entertainment center located adjacent to the iconic Daytona Int'l Speedway in Daytona Beach, FL.  ONE DAYTONA offers a one-of-a-kind showcase of first-to-market retail outlets and specialty shops, quick-bite and full-service restaurants, and energetic live entertainment, all set against the backdrop of the world's first motorsports stadium.  The development also features two hotels-Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott priced at $159/night , a free breakfast and a discounted happy hour.  The second hotel considered is The DAYTONA, a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel priced at $189/night-(no free breakfast) plus $28/day destination fee which $15/day can go toward restaurant/lounge charges.  Both hotels have pools, but there is no hot tub at the Fairfield Inn.   You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior to planned start. 

Walkable restaurants include P.F.Changs, Rock Bottom Brewery, 4 Rivers BBQ, Miami Grill & Bar, MidiCi Neapolitan Pizza, and a cosmopolitan restaurant at Game Time Entertainment.  Gametime has offered exclusive bowling alley use if we do a game night at their location.  Live music is offered frequently Thur-Sat 6-9PM.  There is an assortment of shopping stores as well.  One of the major positives is the "no driving at night" if we choose hotels at One Daytona.  The Tanger Outlets- halfway between One Daytona and the FTC is a major (75+) consortium that is offering steep discounts (approx. 25%) at Nike and Columbia as well as others.  Delta serves the prime airport Daytona (DAB) through ATL only- 5 to 6 flights/day.  Additional non-rev opportunity is through Orlando (1:20 drive), Jacksonville (1:40), or Melbourne (1:30). Driving time from ATL to DAB is 6hr50min.
